The Castaldini PALLET ROBOT machine is used for the automatic insertion of empty pallet under corrugated cardboard stacks. The PALLET ROBOT is installed mainly on the finished goods collection line or on the corrugator exit just before the strapping machine obtaining in this way a centralized pallet management. With PALLET ROBOT the corrugated cardboard stacks are deposed on the empty pallet only a few meters before being strapped. The empty pallets are deposited on the pusher by a robot gripper able to pick up the proper pallet size from an empty pallet storage made by a set of aligned empty pallet stacks. The PALLET ROBOT gripper operation area is protected by fences and safety beams.
