The next midline from the DONGFANG concern will be installed in Russia

The Apstar 924 FFG model with bottom print will allow the production of about 3 million sq. M. corrugated boxes with high-quality printing, sophisticated die-cutting elements and precise box geometry.

In the standard equipment, the equipment includes such technical solutions as:

- Dust removal and static removal system with autonomous dust aspiration;
- Full automation for setting the machine to the format;
- Vacuum wiring from supply to counter-ejector;
- Rotary die cutting block with a stamp on top;

The wide working range allows the production of both small boxes and industrial medium-sized containers. The line can be used as flexo printer or rotary die cutting machine. DONGFANG presents this type of equipment as "Multifunctional Processing Center".

The delivery and launch of the line in Kondrovo (Kaluga region) is scheduled for summer 2021. The plans of the "VESTA" company to enter the high autumn season with a high-performance keymaker, taking into account the growth of orders for a four-valve box
