NKBK and Ferretto Group will construct the first in the field automated storage and retrieval system
NKBK and FERRETTO GROUP have signed a contract for constructing an automated storage and retrieval system. The new project implementing by NKBK is planned for 16 thousand pallet spaces.
The automated storage and retrieval system will be constructed next to the corrugated packaging factory in a separate building with the following impressive dimensions of 100x30 meters and 34 meters in height.
The implementation of the new project will allow NKBK to offer additional servises for corrugated packaging storage to their customers, to optimize the production process, to reduce the number of changes from one order to another, to automate storage operations and to solve the problem of shortage of storage space. The automated storage and retrieval system will be equipped with stacker cranes and handling shuttles Fast Ring.
