Irelands largest POS printer invests in Kolbus Autobox Boxmaker

He continues; “The thing we liked most about the Autobox was its ability to set within 60 seconds from 1 job to the next. We ran a batch of 700, 0411 style boxes within an hour and had the printed product out that afternoon. We now have the exact sized box, reducing our packaging costs considerably. We are aiming to eliminate the shipping of air as well as reducing our costs/usage on plastic, protective packaging.

Before the Autobox, we were taking up capacity on our CAD table and semi-automatic diecutter which really wasn’t ideal. Since installation, we have reduced our corrugated box stock significantly, in the process freeing up much space for holding more precious raw material”.
