The flexo machine with five bottom printing sections has a production speed of up to 250 sheets per minute. Delivery to Klin is scheduled for April 2022
“The time has come for Chelny Upak (Klin, Moscow oblast) to improve its manufacturing productivity and quality of products,” says Vladimir Volgin, Chief Development Officer for Naberezhnye Chelny Board & Paper Mill. “After some considerations, we decided to install a new Dongfang’s Apstar HG2 1224 printing machine (China). The printed blanks are to follow to ETERNA flatbed die cutter and folder gluer machine, previously purchased from the same supplier in Russia (SIKO Group).
“The main advantages of this machine are a high production speed (up to 250 sheets per minute), Quick Lock printing plate mounting system, vacuum transfer as well as an effective speed control for counter-pressure and impression cylinders.”

At the end of 2016, Supervisory Board of Naberezhnye Chelny Board & Paper Mill approved the foundation of Chelny Upak packaging plant aimed to supply products to Moscow region. Currently the plant is capable to produce up to 12 million sq. m of corrugated packaging per month.
