Herzog+Heymann is one of a total of ten firms at Ipex that will be presented by Friedheim on a 195 m² trade show stand. The machine manufacturer will demonstrate live how products with a grammage of 300 g/m² are scored and perforated in one operation. This is achieved by the CP Applicator from Tech-ni Fold that is installed in the Herzog+Heymann scoring unit. The CP Applicator permits the scoring and perforating processes to be performed simultaneously on one shaft, and always with high quality implementation. The Tech-ni Fold scoring tools are suitable for cartons up to 350 g/m².
A further special feature of the scoring machine from Herzog+Heymann is the mobile pile feeder. This is suitable for feeding extreme oblong sheets with sizes up to 8.4 cm x 34 cm. This is unique among comparable machines.
Herzog+Heymann is a subsidiary of the MBO Group and is based in Bielefeld (Germany). The company's strengths lie in custom machine manufacturing for the packaging, mailing and pharmaceutical industries.
A stand area of 195 m² makes Friedheim one of the largest exhibitors at this year's trade show. As well as the scoring machine from Herzog+Heymann, Friedheim will be presenting equipment from nine other partners, including MBO and Bograma. Ipex takes place from 31 October to 03 November in Birmingham.
